When I called back, the outgoing pre-recorded message says immediately that I qualify for student loan forgiveness without having any information about me yet

"Hello please listen to this important voicemail my name is Kimberly Watson agent number 1299. Today's Friday October 7 this message is from the national student loan center our records indicate you're eligible for a $10,000 removal on your account. Please give our national office a call at 833-664-2545."
The call came through as number 833-652-7167 and they left the other number to call them back. I did not.

"Hello, please listen to this important voicemail. Today is Monday, September 26th. This is and important message form the National Student Loan Center. Our records indicate that you are eligible for a $10,000 removal on your account. This applies to all loans statuses including loans that are in default and garnishment. Please give our national office a call at 855-716-9486, again that number is 855-716-9486. Thank you."
