Type of a scam Sweepstakes/Lottery/Prizes
Blair [888-918-8322 ext. 9000] indicating my wife had won $750,000.00 and needed to pay the 1% processing fee ($7500.00). An
individual claiming to be Lt. James Lee Phillips with the U.S. Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) indicating that under the Patriot Act a
fee of $22,000.00 needed to be paid in order for CBP to release the package containing the winning prize. Lt. Phillips also claims to
be working in Henderson, NV at 3500 Executive Terminal Drive, Henderson, NV 89052. On 03/01/2022, Samantha Nelson-Lopez
[888-918-8322 ext. 9000] called and indicated that Jason Blair was under investigations due to fraudulent statements. Today
(03/03/2022) Jerry Garcia (DCRA) [ph: 804-413-6968] called to reiterate that the processing fee needed to be paid today for the
money to be released. I have filed complaints with Department of Homeland Security (DHS, File #HLCN1646323287833) and
Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs (DCRA, File #ZBB-7NADN). Samantha is now claiming that $9,175.00 dollars needs to be paid to have the winning check released from CBP in Henderson, NV.
