I was given an estimate over the phone guessing at all I have to move when I realized I had forgotten to add things like clothing and things I’ve decided I’m not taking now. I have tried reaching them by several phone numbers listed NO Call back, I have emailed several time No Reply. I have tried to cancel movers and on the website addressed listed on contract I could not submit my request! I tried 30 times! I paid them 1300.00 for a deposit which now they will claim I’m out of their window of time for a refund but I have been trying at all times of day to reach someone, however no one answers or returns my calls or messages or emails.
I found last night on here hundreds of complaints exactly like mine! No refunds given. I will report this as fraud! I want my full refund back!
