This company claims they help with Mortgage Modification, 3rd party, The cost is $2,388.00 for the service but you break your payment into 4 payment =$597.00 so far I paid 2 payment of $597.00 which is $1,194.00. I have been dealing with this guy by the name of (Kyle Ortiz) Sr Case Specialist. The first question I asked him was am I able to do a modification on my mother's property, although my mother passed away, the property was in her name still. Kyle lead me to believe that it was possible. I received a letter from my moms mortgage company (Penny Mac) they informed me they were willing to help me, but I first have to turn the deed into my name, because they were not able to assist me due to the fact my mother's mortgage was in her name. I informed Penny Mac about Nationwide Retention Center, told them everything. Penny Mac informed me to be careful with 3rd party Company such as Nationwide Retention Center, you waste your money with these company and they don't follow through, Penny Mac also assured me that they will be able to help with anything I need, but until i put the house in my name there is nothing i can do. (Kyle Ortiz) led me to believe that everything was okay, but it was not okay. I asked Kyle for my money back because they were not able to help me, I also told Kyle before I started paying him was it okay, He led me to believe that everything was okay, but it never was because Penny Mac informed me. I asked for the money back that I paid he said no, after that he started ignoring my phone calls.
