Me and my wife were getting air duct cleaning services done and online said it was 99 dollars he came out and charged me 884 to clean the air ducts because he said their was mold and there was not at all. This company now owes me a whole new ac unit worth 2000 dollars. I will be taken them to court

Scheduled carpet cleaning got $125. Guy finally showed up but tried to upsell me another $350. I said no. He had me pay $125 in advance. Proceeded to ptetend to vlean a room or 2 then said cleaning machine had a problem and he had to go his car. Loadrd the machine in his car and took off. I cant get him ir the company. Complete scam. Here's a picture of this guy. Dont let him in your house. He drives a filver truck with FL plates.

Scheduled carpet cleaning and they didn't show up until the day after the apointment. They didn't bring professional equipment. The cleaning was poor quality. It took an extra hour to force them to give me my recipt. THey advertise $99 for 3 room and charged $169 for two small betrooms an the stairs.

had my dryer vent cleaned, and after the "cleaning" my dryer no longer worked. When I reached out for assistance they refused to connect me someone that could help or let me speak with a manager. They claimed someone would call me back, and never did. I followed up with multiple text messages as well that I could see they "read" but refused to respond to. Then they blocked my phone number. I just tried going to their website again and now it doesn't exist. I reached out to my bank to file a claim as well as Venmo. I found out in chatting with Venmo, that they had 2 account profiles set up (1 for business, 1 personal), and unknowingly I paid their personal account, and because of that, per Venmo's policy, you can't dispute a payment to a personal account, only business accounts. Now I have a non-working dryer and a company that doesn't exist and won't come back out to help fix it.
