I called the 844 989 2603 and talked with a 17 year old who told me if I return their [censored]ty product, they will charge me 20% restocking fee on a $180 order. the [censored] was shipped out of Las Vegas, but the address for returns is in Bum[censored], Utah, 84062...i DON"T trust these [censored]...what to do?

I kept seeing this free trial offer ad for a fat burning product used by Oprah, Adele, Drew Carey; how they lost weight quickly. It was always on my facebook page in several places as I scrolled down. It offered a free trial but it seemed you have to buy something too. I got so excited and ordered three bottles of Keto diet fat burning product. the ad didn't say that it was a "subscription" that they send every month for $89.95! they charged me $77.91 for one bottle and sent two more bottles of something else for 7.95 each. I sent all three bottles back and asked for a refund which they agreed to give me. This month when I checked my e-statement I saw that 89.95 was deducted twice once on 6/30 and again on 7/2. then on 7/19 and 7/20 two more deductions of $44.95 and once again sent me two bottles of something i did not want or order. And it was just some carcinia gambocia you could get at walmart for $15.95!! I e-mailed them to straighten it out then a women with an India accent called me n she said they never got the returned product and they could only refund me $31.54 back!! I looked on facebook this month and the ads are gone.
