phone call. Outlined cost. I said I'd try one shipment. They tried to upsell me to autoship. Too expensive for me. I said no. It was hard to get off the phone with them. I used my PayPal acct for one shipment. But I soon realized thry had me on an auto ship program. I never received sny written confirmation or billing statement from them. I canceled through Paypal, blocking future payments. Natural Health Sherps company provided no working email to send to and their phone number listed was out-of service!
