Followed a link from Instagram for a sale with Natural Life. I have bought merchandise from Natural Life multiple times with no issues and have always been satisfied. The web link looked legitimate to the Natural Life website I have been on in the past. Purchase made on 1/28/2024 and received an email the next day from "[email protected]" saying that my shipment has been released along with a tracking number and tracking available through a website called: Track718. It looked a little sketchy but I was still hopeful. Starting on February 24 (several weeks after the initial email and following tracking), I reached out to them asking what the status is. They assured me that the package was coming. It finally showed delivered, however, it was not. I reached out to them again and they offered to resend the package. This was great as all I ever wanted was to receive my package. Several weeks have gone by, received a tracking update saying 2nd package was delivered. No package. Reached out to them again and they offered a 70% refund as they "have been significantly strained due to the multiple send out". They also said they talked to our courier and our area is hard to deliver to. Not true. I know this is not a lot of money, but they have my credit card info, home address, etc. Shame on me for not doing my research.
