I learned about the company and products through Facebook. I went to the website and ordered one product. The payment was drafted out of my account but I never received a confirmation email or shipping information from the company. I emailed twice trying to get confirmation and tracking information but never received a response. I left comments on the Facebook page but they were always deleted. This is the number that shows up on my bank statement when I was charged: 877-417-4551
