Ordered 2 last year. These are anything but face masks. The product is shocking as they are so poorly made and the material is too thick for a covid mask. It was so shocking actually feel afraid to contact them. These were ordered from their online website - Natural Snuggles. Somewhere I found info that they operate from a Jerry's gas station in Champlin, Mn.
