I ordered grounding shoes In Jun. They sent me a tracking number. The tracking number was a dead link. I emailed them and I got response saying to give it time. I waited I emailed them again and got the same automated email response. I waited and emailed again and got the same response. Then I called and they said they couldn't take my call and that I should email them. I called over and over and over and each time I got the same response. It's two months later and I've given up. This is criminal that we allow online deception like this.

I ordered shoes from them and never got them. They sent me a tracking number that is a dead link. I called the 800# and it kept saying all reps are busy please email us. No matter what time I call it's always the same answer. I emailed them over and over and you get the same automated email saying sorry for the inconvenience your order is on the way. It's been two months now and still can't get anyone on the phone.

I ordered grounding sheath from a company by Instagram I thought I am ordering from Grounding.com but when i ordered it was NatureLink for grounding sheaths , pillows and so on, I paid 119 dollars I still have not received it based on their website you can return the product but when you call their number 888-910-5395 the item is not returnable. and the company is located in China with an office in USA there is no where on website to inform the customer the origin of the company and this is located in China if I knew that I would have never ordered from there especially products related to the health since their trend is committing fraud. Please make sure that they have right information on their website Thank you
