Type of a scam Online Purchase
I contacted Malia on June 19th to inquire if she sent off my purchase. She replied that it would be mailed off on the 22nd/23rd. I then on the 22nd sent a message again just to confirm that she mailed out my items. I never got a response. I waited a couple days n messaged her again on the 27th. I never heard back from her until the 29th. She told me that her kids had the flu n she was having problems with people stealing items she mailed off to customers. I then reiterated that I wanted my daughter to use the backpack and that she was leaving on July 8th.
She then promised to mail out items the next day which was the 30th. I waited until the 3rd when still no delivery. I contacted her again inquiring. No answe! I messaged her again requesting her to call me because I wanted to know what was happening with my order. Still no answer. I then on July 9th emailed about all the above and expressed my disappointment. I then asked for a refund if we were not going to get what I ordered. To this day I haven’t received any feedback. I’m out $105.00

I have no idea what’s happening but this lady should not be in business. I’m not sure who else she’s taken money from. So sad as I‘very been supporting local HI small businesses since covid started.,
