Called. Figured out it was a scam. Beware!

They called me saying they are from Microsoft and my email was hacked and someone was using them for unwanted activities and they were so confident and sure that I went to my computer and allowed them in my machine and they showed me a couple of things which I do not know what they were but they said these were all viruses and hackers and they were all transferring my information

so I got scared and they said they could fix it and I won't have any such problems again

so they asked me to send them a check of $599.00

which i did the very next day because they ware all on my computer and I wanted it to be fixed.

After a few days they called me again and said I have the MORE hackers on my computer again and they have found a loop hole and have managed to get back in the computer and asked me to upgrade the security and mail them the check of $106.00

and this time I asked them how much more do I have to pay them to get these hackers off of my computer

and they said these things keeps on happening and I might have to pay a few more times if I am not cautious while using my computer.

My grandson told me about all this yesterday and told me that I have been scammed and these people have ripped me off.

So i need the authorities to help me get my hard earned money back from these people.
