Immediately after ordering i was sent a confirmation for each item, the trial instant wrinkle reducer AND the intense eye gel that i remember declining. I had wondered to myself if this was a bad sign. Then i received two shipping confirmation with tracking numbers for shipping purposes. The order came within two days, very fast. The box says it came from North York ON. In the box was the trial instant wrinkle reducer and intense eye gel. Oddly, there was no advertising, ordering or shipping information inside the box which i also found unusual. Also i began receiving emails from Derma Skincare promoting some kind of rewards.
Today i went to look at my credit card account and found not one but two transactions that were from two different companies on two different dates - Look Young Skin and Look Beautiful Skin each for $128.31, and $115.46 respectively that i did NOT order. I had not received any notice saying any items had been shipped, and i did not receive any tracking numbers. I have not received any product - if i received anything i would jut return them but you are not able to return product that they don't actually ship. I immediately went to the confirmation email i had received from NB Nouvelle Beaute and asked them to cancel all shipments. I received a reply from someone saying that no more items would be shipped. No product name, no company name, just a person going by the name Valerie Joy Ramos who referred to ‘bottles’ of product. I tried to find a web site called NB Nouvelle Beaute, or Look Young Skin, or Look Beautiful Skin as the credit card charges are under and i could not. After trying different combinations of searches somehow i came upon a page Look Young Skin that showed a product completely different than what i had ordered. This just lists all these warnings about you are automatically entered into a shipping program by ordering trial products. And it seems there is no legal recourse because they claim a person us in agreement simply by placing an order, but the orders are under a completely different company and completely different page that you cannot even find if you wanted to. At the bottom it said to contact support@LookYoungSkin, and support@LookBeautifulSkin. I sent emails to both asking for cancellation of shipments. There was no reply and the email was not returned. Incidentally, the email address for NB Nouvelle Beaute products is support@Nouvelle Beaute and for Derma Skincare it is [email protected] - it seems they are very similar in setup a this company clearly uses several false pages. When i was looking for LookYoungSkin or LookBeautifulSkin i found information that previous domains were called LookYoungInstant and LookYouthfulFlorida.
