Was trying to purchase a cellular device around normal retail price. the seller had it listed as %10 less than retail price for the same product that the initial sales company had it listed for. Bank statements were then processed under Nbvstore then changed to another company name. Nbvstore automated email stated that a shipping email would be sent once payment and order was processed. The payment had been charged immediately but no contact had been made and the initial website is no longer accessable. NANCY HOPKINS LLC was what the company name was listed as after 14 days. Any attempts at contact are met with no success and as such all funds used as payment are unable to be refunded by the seller.

I didn't received the product. I file a claim with paypal and the response they gave was that the product was delivered. Definitely not to my address because I didn't received anything. I'm wondering if it is a scam. UPS claim the goods where delivered the place the product came from don't even sell the thighs I order therefore the scammer gave a tracking # he got God now from where.
I'll be filing a dispute with my bank since my issue didn't get resolved. I'm a health care worker I have no time to be lying about undelivered products, I put my life and the life of my family at risk everytime I go to work, so it makes me upset when people try to take advantage of me. Is just not right!

I literally ordered 2 VR headsets, those things are really expensive. In total it was around $400 dollars. Is there any way I can report this? It is called NBVstore. I also want a refund.

Go to your bank/credit card company's fraud dept. Also mention if you tried to.contact them. By email or the phone numbers on the transactions. Bank should credit the charge as a dispute. Also have your card blocked and new one with new number issued to be safe. Look for any suspicious withdrawls.

This company promised to be legit by convincing me they buy in bulk to give customers lower prices this is a lie and don't spend any money or time with this fake companies lies. I lost $30 on products I believed they will deliver by the date promised and nothing was delivered. I tried to get a hold of them for refund and was unable to contact them lesson learned.
