A National Distribution Systems representative by the name of Marie calls stating a front desk staff member approved toner order and is calling to collect invoice payment. They will ship toners to random company sites and blame the front desk for "approving" the orders. They also refuse to take back the unopened toner. We did not catch the scam on time and they had billed us for 3 invoices and we ended up paying 2/3 invoices.

This company is a total SCAM please be aware!!!
