Someone claiming to be from NEA Management called me to say that I owe a debt. Asked the original creditor told me it was Titan Financial which Titan Financial is a retirement company not a creditor.like what are you talking about lady. She said her name was Simone Baker said I owe 940.00 even....like even???? really???? They have been calling harassing me incessantly it is ridiculous. Looked up the # it lists it as a Verizon cell phone apparently it is a community cell phone because a crap ton of people answer it. They hang up on you, cuss at you, insult you, know who you are without even asking. Anytime they say you owe a debt "ON" your name and social, you know its scam because that isn't even grammatically correct. Creepy that they know my name and maybe my social I don't know I didn't ask them to tell it to me. They are creepers but getting more advanced these folks spoke English, poor ghetto English, but English. They called the wrong number calling me no one else fall for this.

I received a call first from this place on my cell phone, no message left. Next I received a call at my place of work and spoke with Linda Hines, who told me to give her a call after work, I didn't. The next day my mom calls and says they first asked for my older sister and then me, which is strange because neither I or my sister has any dealings in regards to credit together, so that was another alert. I received a call the same day with a message left from Linda Hines. In the message not once did she leave her company's name, just that she has a complaint attached to my social...ok what does that mean? Also I need to call them with a statement or if I want to retain council, that made no sense to me. So today I called Linda back, she went through her whole spill but not once could she give me any information about the creditor I owed the money to,just that it was a website loan. She kept putting me back and forth on hold, every time I had a question for her. After about 5 min, she put her manger on the phone, which he said his name is Mr. Wilson. All I wanted to know was specific information about the loan. He was able to tell me my old email address from about ten years ago, which I no longer use. Also my old address, and the last four digits of my social but couldn't even give me any contact information from the client who sent them the information. He expected me to just pay him 570.00 because he said so....really!!! After going back and forth with him he finally said we are willing to settle this with you any amount you want.....ok from there I knew it was a scam, any amount....that didn't sit well with me. So he said you have two choices, 1. Settle this with me now, or 2. You decline this offer and I am liable to be sued. I told him no I will research this before I do anything further, and he just hung the phone up. I went to my bank for the month I supposedly had a transaction and I showed nothing! I will be calling my lawyer on Monday to report this and see if there is anything I can do. I hope no one else has to go through this, which is why I'm posting this.

This place has called me several times..using a last name I haven't had in nine years and a email address I haven't has in at least twelve years..saying they are a debt collector..He knew my last four digit of my SS number..He said I owed money from a website loan and if I didn't comply with what he is saying I would be sued!
