I think I have finally gotten rid of these people after 2 months. I had another charge on my credit card today because I supposedly cancelled my subscription to Ketofast but not to the cleanse. Like the rest of you, I have no idea how I subscribed to all of these in the first place.
CHS Serenity Health, CHS Pure Health, CHS Premium Keto Store, & NeatPlate are all connected depending on which of the products you are trying to get rid of.
If you go to https://ketofast.support/ and click on CHAT NOW BUTTON, you can ask about your account, all of the credit card charges that start with CHS* and at least have a clean easy to read documentation that you can save as a word file. You won't get as much mumbo jumbo. I asked about each charge on my account Ketofast, KetoCleanse, and NeatPlate. I now have a written record they have been cancelled. Took about an hour, but much better than waiting on the phone and not getting any satisfaction.
I wish there was a good way to let everyone know they should avoid these people.
Any ideas about getting the word out, please post!

Ordered a free sample on Sunday,July 12. Entered address info, asked for credit card info for shipping charge. Ended up being charged $1.99, $34.97 and a charge for $149.95! Called customer service to cancel order. Did not work. Called again and spoke with a man who informed me I had purchased 5 bottles! Tried to explain I ordered JUST the sample, asked to speak with supervisor. The hard to understand man came back on line to tell me my order had been filled SO no way to get refund! SCAM! BEWARE!

I ordered one bottle of Keto for $4.95 and 2 bottles of Keto at $39.99 each. The amount charged to my CC was $235.67. I did not receive any info but got a Neatplate and a password to open.. When I opened it, it was a bunch of recipes on how to make a dinner. I too tried their support. But the support email does not work. My bank said the company was Serenity health shop.com. This is a decorating company. Don't buy anything from these people. It is a scam. I got an order # from by bank and called -833-643-0501. Talk with a Keith and got it cancelled. Hope to get a refund soon. This is a shady company. Don't order from them.

Happened to me to.
I ordered one bottle only to try, and I checked my credit card statement shortly after and I had 3 different charges close to 200.00. I called the number on the email I had received and was told that it can’t be cancelled.. the best they can do is to give my 35% back. My credit card company has been notified. Don’t order from them! It’s a scam!

I purchased Keto Fast that was on television from my computer. A Neat Plate advertisement came on. I tried to get out of it but couldn't. I had given my credit card information. I will contact my credit card company. Their support E mail does not work. I hope you can catch them. I do not have an address or phone number for them. I do not have their address or phone number.

I had a similar experience. I sent an email to [email protected] to cancel my membership since I had no idea how I joined. Did not receive any response and now I have another charge on my credit card. I called number on my Credit card billing and the young man said he would cancel my membership, but could not refund my recent charge.
