I was looking for whole sales on ryobi equipment for wireless power tools, and found a deal on Facebook market place, for refunded ryobi products from "AMAZON". after purchasing i have been in constant contact over email with their Customer Service department where they tell me everything is fine and to just keep waiting for my order...... 4 weeks later i received a small package with a tiny screwdriver in it (Not Ryobi).

I look at the packing slip and it has my exact 15 character tracking number. (GEX2208241099YY)

I informed them that they sent me the wrong item completely and they responded

"Dear customer. We have checked for you that your order has been placed properly, and the tracking number is:GEX2208241099YY If your package does not arrive or shows a delivery address different from yours, please contact your local post office.
