I made a one time purchase with Savanna Skin, my order took 4 weeks to arrive. The day after I received my order they attempted to charge my card $130.11. They have now tried to charge me 4 different times I attempted to contact them through the website but the contact link leads to nowhere. I sent an email requesting they cease all contact with me. I received an email back that said my account was closed and no further contact would be made. 8 hours after I received this email they attempted to charge my account again.

Purchased a product for eyes. Received it, no problem. Then the next month, charged $39.99 for no product, and again the next month, another $39.99 for no product. Never agreed to multiple or recurring charges. Tried to call them, one mailbox is full, the other doesn't answer. Emailed them, no answer. Have since looked them up on the web, and apparently this is common for this company. Recommend: do not buy anything from shopnovalift. Their ad that I clicked on appeared while I was on YouTube.com

I purchased a product from this company and they signed up me up for their VIP service even though I didn’t sign up for it. So far they have billed me two months in a row. I keep asking them to cancel the subscription, but they keep charging me.
