I saw an ad on Facebook for a means to help with my knee pain. I ordered one package of 10 knee pads for $14.90 and paid with my PayPal account. When I went to my PayPal account to check on the amount paid, the company had removed another $39.80 and $20.90 unauthorized by me. At this time I saw that this entire transaction was a subscription as well. I panicked and I immediately emailed Wellnee back requesting that they stop filling my order or shipping it and I demanded all of my money back, and returned to my PayPal account. They have sent many emails back to me stating that I couldn’t make a complaint unless I reply to a specific email that they sent to me. I replied to this specific email and supplied pertinent information. I sent many emails requesting the same refund and my reasons why. Since I didn’t feel I was getting anywhere with the company, I tried to stop automatic payments to Wellnee in my PayPal account, but am unable to figure out how. I’m so frustrated and angry. I will be making a complaint with my bank tomorrow and hopefully I can get this resolved and get my money back.
