I clicked on an ad promoted by Barbara O'Neill about a tendon issue in the legs for women over 50. I have this problem and wanted relief. As i was going through their site, I clicked on the package that said 3+3 free for $11.99 each. Ok. Thought of be paying about $36 plus tax. As i went through the advertisement, they offered many different options for more product or a different product. I clicked "no" on all of those. They do not provide a cart with a subtotal. I had no idea what I was billed until I got the email, which was for double the amount expected, $79.95. I immediately emailed twice but didn't receive a reply until the next day, of course. They tried to explain that i misread their sure. I have a screen shot of their site and their initial options. They try to deceive the client! It's very deceptive and i would not recommend anyone using this site going forward! This is shifty sales practice and i am extremely disappointed in this and Barbara O'Neill.

My mother has dementia, I have no idea how they got her bank info, I happened to look over her statement and noticed this "company" doc chat LLC and savers club LLC were auto withdrawing from her acct..I went to both websites, went on their chat option..told them to stop withdrawing funds from my mothers acct(on the "check" that was withdrawing there was a customer number or order number of some sort) i gave them the number and told them I have contacted lawyers..told them to cancel and if i notice any more funds being taken out, i would proceed with charges...they gave me a cancellation number and said account closed..i will be monitoring my mothers bank statements.

Placed an order for the URO product on 12/03/24. I’ve emailed and get no response. I called the number multiple times and goes straight to voicemail. They’ve made multiple attempts to charge my debit card 29.99 for a subscription I didn’t request or want…

I took an IQ test and paid $0.99 for the results. After I paid, approximately 10 other offers appeared to sign up for a subscription for the “brain enhancing” service. I declined them all. I googled the company, and learned that the company steals your credit card information from the initial $0.99 transaction, and then charges you for “purchased” subscriptions (that were never purchased in the first place). The $0.99 charge to my bank account is pending, and I suspect the company will attempt further charges in the future as they have to other consumers.
