The company used what appeared to be Lane Bryant site to sell clothing. Once order was placed it was clear that it was a third party company. The tracking site could be used but was a poorly constructed site. It stated, just under a month from the time the order was placed that it was delivered. The company’s website only lists email as a form of contact. Once you email about the order, the responses are quick but not professional as one would expect. They repeatedly give excuses and attempt to negotiate the amount of the return for not receiving the product. I have had 6 correspondences with what appears to be 4 people about the missing shipment which after the second correspondence, I asked for my money to be returned. They are wanting to give me 90% of my money back at this point. I can’t load the emails.
