The products sold are specific with what appears to be a legitimate store front, we found through Facebook. Ordered a custom tumbler and item was shipped with a USPS tracking number. The tracking number never was delivered to USPS. Contacted the seller via their email with specific questions and received an email response that doesn't even match the company. The email response received was vague and exactly the same for both requests, stating an apology and that the item was shipped. Only after the first contact did the package move, but only within "the shipping partner facility" (no name given) and never to USPS.
