Neobod scam

Never downloaded app- never even heard of this company. Bank alerted me as suspicious- had to cancel my card( hassle) and all prepaid subscriptions! How do cancel something that has no account? Called 844-973-1336 and talked to a very rude girl that told me she would cancel? No info given- what the? Also goggled and sent a cancellation request at [email protected]. What a scam! Reported to better business also- what a mess

Type of a scam: Sweepstakes/Lottery/Prizes

I was playing a game on my phone called "Block Puzzle". An ad appeared that looked like a screenshot from Facebook with a flashing 1 next to the message icon. When I clicked on the ad, I was asked to take a survey and then selected for a free giveaway for an iPad. I was selected to receive the iPad and asked to give them my mailing address, email address, and credit card info. There is a box preselected on the credit card page that says "Add NeoBod" for $0. When I went to the ScamPulse.com profile for NeoBod, it's not an accredited business and has 30+ complaints where people they were charged for a $19.99 subscription without their knowledge.

I noticed $40 was coming out of my account for the past few months and thought I’m not subscribed to anything besides Spotify, so where was the extra 20 coming from I check and I get these notifications on my bank alerts and it’s a company that goes by Neobod which I’ve never even heard of.
