Had a P.I looking into it and it is an empty shell. Set up especially for doing these type of things.
Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill
This company claimed to have an electronic component we needed as a electronic manufacturer. They claimed to need the money up front, and two weeks later with no delivery claim their company is falling on hard times. This is unlikely as another company has had the same experience in the beginning of this year... PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
the contact person ryan is a fake name, and his colleague emily as well.

This company claimed to have an electronic component we needed as a electronic manufacturer and needed the payment up-front. Despite a promise that the parts were on the way after two weeks, there is no delivery, no response to emails, no one answer when telephoned. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
