I ordered my so-called product on August 3, 2023 and today is November 27, 2023 and I have yet to receive the product. I’ve reached out multiple times to [email protected] and corresponded with someone named Sarah and the response I keep getting from Sarah is to be patient and that it’s in transit. She also keeps saying that she’s going to check with the warehouse in regards to where my packages but when you look on the tracking website, it says that it’s already been delivered to somewhere in India and I don’t live in India I live in the United States. I’ve asked for a refund multiple times I’ve asked for clarification multiple times, and Sarah keeps giving me the excuse that they’ve had thousands of orders and I am to be patient. At this point, I’m fed up and frustrated and I want my money back.

Easy to purchase, but after that you couldn’t get ahold of them at all via their email, Instagram DM page, nothing. I’ve sent multiple emails and received nothing back.
