I ordered a google nest product from what seemed to be the legitimate google nest store. It was the top result when I googled it, and was flawlessly copied from the actual store. Ordered products, paid via PayPal then received a receipt. That was when I realized it was fishy. The email address for the seller was bizarre for a company and the sellers address was in mandarin. I reached out to google nest directly and they said it was an actual third party seller and not to worry. Yesterday I received a cheap iPhone 11 case That I didn’t order. Went back to the google nest store I ordered from and it doesn’t exist anymore. Contacted PayPal and they are investigating.
