I received an email with a message I knew was unlikely. I immediately checked my Netflix account, changed my password, and saw that there was no message on my account. I then started an online chat and forwarded the email to Netflix's phishing department. Then I sent it to you. I never contacted them.

We weren't able to complete your last payment for your NetfIlx membership. We'll try charging you again over the next couple of days, but if we aren't able to complete a payment soon, you'll lose access to NetfIlx.
