Recently i was expecting a reward card from a website i use to fill out surveys, company has been verified and i have been a member since 2011 or so. This survey website company has recently changed banks and so had to sent a new card inorder for me to collect my rewards. So naturally when i recieved this card in the mail i call the number listed for the card. As the call proceed the automated voice proceed to ask for my pertinent information such as date of birth, SS#, at first i hang up feeling very apprehensive, however needing my rewards and thinking this card was the new card i once again dial the number provided with this false and autrocious advertising. I proceeded as instructed only to find there was no monetary balance the my card, they have taken all my information and was asking me for fees, bank information, aba routing number and bank account number. Finally i got to some persons who informed me this was an advertisement and my information will be used. I asked could i have something in writing like the advertisement they send, to say i am not interested in the offer and would like for my name and pertinent information not to be used, as i felt duped. I was told no straight out. i would not be recieving any mail or confirmation number that i do not want my information with this fraudulent immoral company. I believe this company to be a fraud and bogus, sending out advertisement for prepaid cards telling victims they qualify inoder to receive victims pertinent information to do who knows what with it. Listening to the information i was told i would have to pay a fee to use any monies i deposit, a fee to inquire about balance, a fee to purchase items from any monies i deposit, everything was a fee.
