Bought a "trial size" sample of eye cream; but was sent different product along with it which was a "secret" subscription. When product arrived, no warning that it was a subscription (I NEVER buy subscriptions! Especially not for an $89.50/month half-ounce skin cream!). When the fraud department of my credit card asked if I had made this purchase I said NO and they cancelled that card and sent me a new one. However, the skincare company was still able to find my new card number and charge me again the next month! I have now successfully cancelled the subscription, but it wasted many hours of my time and put much stress into my life. I am a widow on a fixed income.
