This company is a complete fraud, they say trail a free sample and only pay the shipping and then charge you over $90 for the product which is water and gliseral. They tell you to cancel or return in 2 weeks but never answer the phone.

I fell for it! I should have known it was too good to be true! I ordered a few sample skincare products online for the price of shipping and handling around 12/30/16. On 1/13, $178.46 was taken from my bank account. On 1/14, $178.89 was taken from my bank account. I DID NOT authorize either of these transactions, so I called the company at 1(877)477-4765. I am not sure who I finally heard from as I didn't understand her name. Whoever it was kept interrupting me when I was trying to explain that I had called to cancel the order. She kept telling me I should have read the contract to find out I should have cancelled within 14 days. [For the ScamPulse.com information, I did not read that in any contract. What contract? I was just ordering sample skincare products. I did not read anywhere that I was supposed to cancel within 14 days!] Anyway, the women asked if I wanted 50% refund. I said I wanted 100% since I didn't order these products, just the samples! When do samples cost $357.35?!!! After a while on the phone when I realized the women was not listening, I hung up on her. She or someone tried to call back but I did not answer. I've attached a copy of the pending transactions and would like to know if I'm eligible to receive 100% of my money back. I have already contacted my bank to ask if they can proceed with a fraudulent claim. Please advise.

This company claims to offer you a facial cream and all you need to pay is the shipping and handing. They do not disclose the information that states that you will be automatically billed every 14 days. Plus, You only have 14 days to cancel the order. They make it were you can't discover you have been charged until they take the money and refuse to refund you because you didn't call before 14 days. To make matters worse, I received a different product as advertised. I called customer service, which was not helpful and they told me that I can not send the last shipment that was sent to me, that remains unopened because there policy does not accept products back for "safety" reasons. I paid 190.00 dollars for something that was said to cost $3.86. This is a SCAM SCAM SCAM.

This email is in regards to an order that I made online for a FREE product after I completed an Amazon survey. The website is very confusing and misleading and after I entered my credit card number I had five pop-ups asking me if I wanted to add something. I declined each one. The fifth pop-up did not have a "no thank you/decline" that I could find, so after several minutes of searching, I clicked complete order and I was charge $9.89 for a one day express processing fee. I feel this was very sneaky and misleading and I will not be purchasing anything from this website in the future. This product targets older women obviously, since it is an anti-aging product, and I feel that your website is very confusing and I feel like I was tricked into the extra charge. Additionally, five minutes after I made the online purchase I got a call from my credit card company from the fraud department asking me if I had made this purchase. That should've been a red flag also! I should've said no I did not make the purchase and cancel my order, but being the honest person that I am, I did not. I this email to the ScamPulse.com so that you may look at your website and see if you feel it is also fraudulent and/or misleading.
