I had this gentleman over to my house to investigate further.
After further consultation,(he looked at my legs and feet, and my medications) in which he claimed that the 2 low level Light LED Pads (FDA Cleared Therapy Units), would relieve my neuroparty, I signed a contract for $3500.00. This amount was said to be FULLY REFUNDABLE as long as I followed all of the instructions, answered the phone calls, and did all of the therapy. I followed every instruction to the letter, and kept a DAILY LOG.
It has now been over 4 months, and I tried to initiate the refund process. Neuro Advance USA, LLC. will no longer return phone calls, return phone messages, or contact us in any way.
I believe the whole process was intended to mislead me into spending $3500.00 on some everyday LED lights, in fancy packaging, by claiming that the lights were laser lights and would relieve my pain.
I would like my $3500.00 refunded, and a warning issued to Neuro Advance USA, LLC about deceptive practices.
