In December 2021, my computer froze and started blaring about viruses. I called the # on the screen, thinking it was Microsoft or HP. NeuroMarketing Inc. charged me $150 to fix it. Today, on Feb. 4, 2022, it happened again, but not so excessively. Just a box covering half the screen. I called NeuroMarketing and they said I had viruses. This time it cost me $199.99 to fix all the viruses. They did give me a senior discount and said I'm good for 7 years. As soon as I had my computer fixed, I started researching them. I'm sure I've been scammed, but I don't know what to do about it.

The first charge of $150 mentioned virus issues.

I tried to file this on BBB, but can't get ScamPulse.com to accept it. It keeps repeating Captcha.
