Alvin Zwilling of New age aloha properties posts vacation rentals for hawaii and prices too good to believe. For example, we were going to rent a 4-bedroom spacious beach home for less than $300 night during the busy season (end of december), when all other similar properties were in excess of $1500 per night. When we said we wanted to stay 2 more days, the rate did not change. Requested a Zelle payment to Izuchukwu Ugwu - which is a scam individual.

Buyer beware - if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is a scam.
