The website claimed to be the new balance outlet. Since the link was sent to us from a friend we did not closely inspect or notice in fine print it said colours nail spa. Upon further inspection we could easily tell the website was fraudulent due to misspellings and poor grammar. Unfortunately my teen had already placed the order. There was no contact information or way to cancel the order or account. We did receive a confirmation text the order had been placed with more links to click on which we didn’t do. The text came from a 925 area code. We flagged the charge with the credit card company and canceled the card. It is a bit scary to think they now have address and phone number and our names.
