I bought a 2023 Lexus from New Country Lexus of Great Neck. They requested for me to bring my car to the business after six months for an oil change and 5 point inspection. After doing so, they put a new sticker over the old sticker saying that they did the oil change and checked fluid, and also provided a receipt showing the job was completed. Upon checking into the job, I realized the job wasn't done. I made a phone call and spoke to Matthew and he reached out to the manager and he said the worker was new and the car didn't need an oil change. So my issue is why are they lying about doing an oil change and 5 point inspection when they didn't complete the job. I want consumers to be aware of what is happening at New Country Lexus of Great Neck.
