My elderly parents were contacted by these people who offered to give them investment advice and had my father place a conference call to Merrill Lynch to give New Directions permission to access their bank accounts. Merrill lynch told them they needed a signature and New Directions was trying to arrange for them to get my Dads signature. They told him that the stock market was crashing, Merrill Lynch was being sued for theft and fraud, that they give their clients fake account statements, etc etc Trying to get them in to "self-directed assets"

and Michael and Conner ( names did not get last names) are the owners
