Fraud! Represents themselves as Globaltranz when you call the number listed on their website, they are not associated with Globaltranz at all. The people at Globaltranz have been very helpful and are advising they are not a valid company and to fight your bank charges. From drones to clothing to books, these people are ripping off hundreds of people around the holidays. Disgusting!

I placed an order on 11/13/2020 and was charged for the order on 11/16/2020. Original order promised shipment within 10 days. Multiple e-mails later, still my order hasn't arrived. After a little research, I have found MANY complaints about this company. It's a scam. You can't contact them by phone and their return e-mails seem to be some sort of auto response e-mails. I have lost my money. Don't work this this company. They also go my New Living Solutions.

I too purchased a drone from them. 6 weeks later it arrived all smashed up. They immediately siad they would replace it and to keep the smashed one. Still have not received the replacement.

I ordered a drone from a Facebook ad that they had advertised. The drone was a clone of the DJI Mavic 2. The ad stated that the drone had a 4k camera. The drone showed up over a month later. It was a cheap plastic drone that had a plastic box in place of the "4k camera". I emailed the company and got a reply that stated I ordered the standard drone and not the 4k camera drone. Total scam. Total ripoff. Trying to report this to Facebook but not able to since the ad is taken down. Stay away from buying anything on Facebook ads. All scams!

Placed Order for activity learning books with 10 replacement pens for my grandson. Never received email for order confirmation. Began to search online for company and could not find a website for them. Went to complaints and found a LONG list of complaints of fraud from unsatisfied customers... This company needs to be reported to the BBB, and facebook needs to STOP advertising for these fraudulent companies... class action lawsuits need to be initiated for both this company AND facebook... They are literally robbing people.

This company is a fraud. You place and order and they immediately create the USPS shipping label and tracking number. When check on the status of the product, USPS website states waiting for package. When you email New Living Solutions, they then tell you that the item is being shipped from Asia. If you try to cancel they order they state that it can only be done within first 24 hours, which is too late since you were monitoring the USPS site. A consumer compliant will be filed with the Florida Attorney General's Office.

I wished I read this before I ordered from them. I ordered the raised cat bowls. I'm getting the same thing: USPS shipping label and tracking number and getting the same message 'waiting for package'. They take your money fast enough, don't they.
Amazingly Cat is another that scammed me. STILL waiting for my refund.

I purchased a salvage magnet. The magnet was supposed to lift between 70 and 200 pounds. It would not lift a 17 pound tool box. They would not stop the shipment after 24 hours even though it had not been shipped. It finally arrived after three weeks. the magnet is much smaller than the one shown in the videos and one of the pictures. False advertising and a sub standard product costing much more than it is worth. Don't waste your money.

Based on a Facebook ad this company had, I was impressed enough to purchase their advertised drone. Ordered on 10/10, received 10/30. Frustrating issues with this order:
1. I received confirmation fairly quikly that the order was ready to ship, including USPS confirmation. But the product was actually not delivered to USPS until about 2.5 weeks later. Multiple inquiries were answered with the reason that current staffing issues due to Covid was the reason. Acceptable.
I tried to cancel the order. I contacted the company to cancel the order before it was shipped (well before they delivered to the Houston USPS facilty). But the company adheres very strickly to their order cancellation period - 24 hours from order time.
2. Received the drone on 10/30. The quaility was more like a toy. Very cheap looking and feel.
3. The instructions are very limited. Mostly in a foreign languare. If you are not fairly good at "reading between the line," try to get help from someone.
4. It does not operate as advertised. It wonders. Even after adjustments/adjusting, it still does not hover in one place. And, the controller is very sensitive. You will crash into surround objects, if you move the control too quickly. Slow down.
This is a fairly cheap drone. So the quaility will match.
This will be the last time I purchase any Facebook advertised product. I will, from now on, only purchase from Amazon. Their return policy, or help with a third party's return, is probably the best in the industry. It may be even better than a non-Amazon vendor's return policy. Amazon will listen and resolve. Some other vendors will not, and will be strict.

I purchased a drone with 4k camera October 5th.
It finally arrived October 31st.
Problem is there's no camera!
It's just an empty shell as if they forgot to place and install all the electrical components including the 4k camera!
This drone is completely hollow. It did come with two batteries but the one that's attached can't be removed.lol

This company is just scamming people... My husband ordered 2 dorms with 4k cameras... Paid for 2 day shipping an revived it 3 weeks later. No camera and it doesn't work. Flys backwards goes where it wants. We contacted them immediately and all they asked was for a picture.

I ordered the drone on Oct 12th still nothing. Tried to cancel the order and was told it had to be done within 24 hours. They immediately send you a tracking number that is worthless. I've filed a compliant with the Florida Attorney General, not sure how much will be done, but it's worth a try.
