There was an ad on Facebook advertising discounted WillowTree figurines for a nativity set that I liked; I clicked on the ad, filled out the order and submitted it. I received a purchase receipt which I printed out; the order # is ***************. After several weeks passed, I realized (among the business of the Christmas season: I do most of my shopping online, being an old gal) that the shipment had not arrived, so I tried to contact them using the email address I found for them when I googled the website name. I sent the first one to: [email protected]; it was kicked back to me as undeliverable; I saw a similar ad on FB using the name Overstocknew.com, with the same mailing address, so I sent an email there, too, with the same result. I then wrote a note using the USPS address and mailed it, asking, as I did in the emails, for either the order to be filled or a refund. This was in early January; I have heard nothing, received no merchandise or refund to date.

Nov 1,2023 Like others I was scammed on FaceBook add for Vikrasseth Limited - new-overstock.com - Willow Tree Nativity purchase of $56.57 and have finally quit waiting for delivery to research why Overstock had not delivered my order. So upset to find Vikrasseth.com/Durham is a scam. Hopefully I will get so help. Definitely no more ordering from FB. Shame on me for not remembering if it sounds to go to be true, it’s not! Unfortunately I only have a bank record where the money was withdrawn from my bank account

Took payment for nativity. Never received. Order # on statement 5536. $51.69 taken out of account.

On October 30, I purchased Willow Tree product from Facebook and receipt received stated it was from VIKRASSETH LIMITED. It seems to be a scam. I have not received any product and cannot contact company. Receipt #1343-8599 for $46.98.

Offer was advertised on Facebook. It was for a 17 piece set Willow Tree Nativity Scene. When I put the order through it said it would be delivered by Nov 10th. Since then, I have only received a receipt by email. I have not received any shipping information. I've reached out to them to get an update on my order and I haven't received an email back. There is no phone number listed for the company.

I found a sale ad for Willow Tree figurines on Facebook. I opened the ad and it went automatically to willow trees Facebook page. On this page there was a shop now button which I pressed. Then it went to what I thought was Willow tree shopping pages. It all looked legitimate. I then began putting items in my cart. When I went to check out I noticed in the URL it said new overstock.com. It seemed reasonable because overstock does put items on sale quite often. When I submitted my credit card information I checked my email and sure enough there was a receipt waiting for me. I opened it and it said vikarasseth limited. I called overstock and they had no record of an order submitted by me. I then started investigating vikarasseth limited online and it is a scam company. I called my bank and now I have to wait 3 to 5 days for the charge to go through before I can dispute the charge. However, my bank did flag this charge and I was able to get a different credit card.

Sponsored ad on Facebook which offered overstocked Willow Tree for sale. An email with a receipt was sent to my email. It did not have any of the order or shipping information, so I did some further investigation and found it was listed as a scam site.
