I checked a couple of the link addresses without clicking on them and did not like seeing very long but non-descriptive and cryptic addresses with no company name. I will not click on links like this so have never pursued because I am sure these are phishing emails.
Noticed that at the bottom of every email was a line like: "This message was sent to [my email address] by [email protected]" with an address that differed from the one listed on the unsubscribe link below it. Dental Insurance company address was:

googled domain name and found contact info in Panama PO Box 0823-03411, Panama, Panama Phone 507-836-5503 Fax 511-705-7182 domain set up 10-5-2017 main IP address 192.64.119.188
