The sandals took 24 days to arrive after my order, and were not the ones I ordered. They came in a rainbow stripe with a National Park Foundation logo on them. The quality was also not like my previous Chaco sandals. The straps were much more flimsy. They were obviously knock-offs made as a National Park Foundation promotional item.
I contacted the seller for a refund and heard nothing. I then went through PayPal (the service I had used to pay) for resolution. They came back with a refund offer from New Trendd. I would get a full refund if I returned the sandals to CHINA at my own expense! I checked on shipping cost, which was about $60, almost as much as I paid for them in the first place. Obviously, the company continues to do this to people, knowing that the effort and expense of returning the item will discourage the customer from asking for a refund.
Never buy anything from New Trendd!
