Face cream

I ordered what I thought was a trial size of face cream and wrinkle reducer since the containers were so small. I paid shipping and handling. I noticed 3 weeks later my card was charged 124.41 for EACH product. I called the company and She said because I didn't call and cancel my subscription, that I never knew of, that they have the right to charge me the regular monthly fee. After arguing that there was nothing on the ad about that she had the nerve to offer me 75% discount on future months! I told her she was a scam and cancel whatever they signed me up.So mad! Such a fraud!

While on my computer I came across an article indicating that I had received anyone of a list of free prizes, all I needed to pay was the shipping and handling fee. I chose a prize with a $6.95 S&H fee. Received the prize in the mail and it worked fine. When my credit card statement was received I noticed a charge of $64.99 from New Vibrance Neutral Heal. I called the telephone number 855-833-8476 and was told that the prize came from a firm that I had signed up for and that the charge appearing on my statement was in fact a monthly charge. I told her that I did not entered into any contract with a company but merely gave my credit card number in order to pay for the S&H fee. She told me she was not a part of the company that sent me the prize but would put in a request to get me a refund but according to their web site she knew they would only grant a 75 % refund.I told her that I was going to call My credit Card company to place a stop payment on the transaction. She said If she got me a full refund would I still call. "Yes I would because the company is a fraud".
