This is the worst company I've ever done business with. I contracted to have my book republished. After a controversial relationship I thought I could trust them. I didn't know I Ingramspark was the distributor. I had to purchase my book to see the final copy. What I received was not the final copy of editing I approved. No picture and unapproved formatting. I never received the marketing the offered me. Contact is almost impossible. They don't answer the phone nor do they respond to emails.

Scammer phoned me in September based on the first book I published promising to make it an audio book. My 3rd book was just ready and so I used that one and paid $8850 for audio book production and hard and soft cover and Kindle production with Ingram Publishers.

Production was supposed to take 21 days, and mid-December (75 days later) they stopped responding to my text messages.
