I registered for a defensive driving course. I have 30’daya to complete it online. The next day I wanted to continue with my course. I failed to answer 2 questions to identify myself. Then I was blocked. Customer service said nys policy stated when this happens you have to re register. Also it is the company policy. I read it but company forgot to info rm the public that we also have to pay the same fee. IT DOES NOT Say pay fee again on the first page of the website. It only says it after you paid the fee initially and if you are already taking the course and we’re blocked.

It was not a full disclosure of the terms

I want everyone knows the scam.
