Purchased a trial offer from this company where I only paid shipping. The product never arrived. They charged my account and additional 180.00 for the product. I obtained the number for the company from my bank. When I called them they stated they had the tracking number and that it showed that the product had been delivered. Refused to refund my money. I spoke with four different individuals and was hung up on twice.
