I purchased a teacup puppy named Leah, I have signed paperwork. I sent this company $500.00 then I was informed by the shipping company after I paid the first payment I had to pay additional funds for shipping items ($1500.00), then insurance ($1500.00), then a quarantine fee ($500.00). Now they are wanting another $1500.00 for vaccinations before they will bring my puppy that I purchased, which I refuse to send. It is stated that all puppies are fully vaccinated and are shipped/delivered for free. I have all email and text messaging correspondence. The shipping company this company uses (AMERICAN DELIVERY PET SERVICE
