We purchased furniture from this company on November 28, 2019. They use PayPal to process their payments, and the merchants name comes across as Top Sale LLC, on your statement. This merchant uses the email [email protected], according to PayPal. They have several emails listed for ? regarding order status, etc. We tried to send an email to each one, and our emails came back as domain not valid. We called the phone number listed on their website, and the call went nowhere. We sent an email to [email protected], requesting that they cancel our order and refund our money. We received no response. We received a tracking number from UPS, telling us that our package was on the way, with an estimated delivery date of December 3, 2019. We received an update from UPS showing that our package had been delivered to our front porch. We were home all afternoon, a package was never delivered. UPS shows that the package weight they delivered to our front door was less than 3#. The furniture we ordered, was close to 200#. I called UPS, at their domestic customer service department to inquire about the delivery. After holding for nearly ten minutes, I spoke with a young lady named Gulaya, who asked for the address that the item should have shipped to. Gulaya informed me that the address did not match what the shipper had listed. Per Gulaya, I would have to get in touch with the shipper directly and take it up with them. I told her this made absolutely no sense to me, but she said that's what I needed to do, have a nice day. Unbelievable! This website is still available to purchase from, buyer beware!!!!!
