I saw their product advertised on Facebook, so I clicked on it and ordered 3 Cat Caves, (2 for my daughter in Wa, which she has not recieved yet) and 1 for me. I orderd these in September and I have sent emails to the company, generic response, being processed will ship soon etc. I finally recieved my order today, and it looks nothing like what they advertised. It came in 2 pieces, assembly required, which was not in the advertisement. You can no longer find the newinchics site online, says shop is unavailable.
