I needed to replace an intex pool for my residents. So I google searched intex pools and assumed that I was on an actual intex site bc I saw the pad lock symbol insinuating secure site. I purchased a pool for my house and was so excited about the promotional sale that I decided to purchase a second as a gift for my nieces upcoming birthday. After 24 hours of not receiving an email verification I logged in to the site to check progress. I assume with the way everything has been on back order and delivery services have been behind that I would just be patient. After not seeing any progress I submitted a contact email to their site asking for a tracking number and waited a couple of days, still nothing. So then I just when I had been scammed. I am a very organized person so I had Preemptively took pictures of every thing bc I was a victim of having my card stolen through PayPal earlier this year and I will now only use PayPal as a one time guest and only if that is the only type of payment excepted. This is my first step in trying to get this resolved. I would love to share receipts, PayPal transactions, and bank withdrawals to rectify my case.

Ordered an above ground pool from newintex.store almost two weeks ago. A few days ago shipping information was finally added. Today is said the pool had been delivered by UPS to my porch. After looking around my whole house and finding nothing I filed a complaint on the website. I received an update that it had been delivered but the name and address it was delivered to isn't me. Cannot find a phone number to call. Only provides an email address and all emails are unanswered.

Newintex.store is a pool website with above ground swimming pools being advertised for up to 80% off. My husband and I, decided to order, and immediately after I had paid, I knew it wasn't legit. I had been routed to pay paypal and paid a "Casey Dixon". I have emailed the email provided with no response. There is no phone number to contact customer service on the website, only a place to send a message. A week later I received an update on the paypal, that shipping details had been added, once I looked up the tracking number in USPS, it stated my order had been delivered at my mailbox.... there was definitely not a pool delivered at my mailbox.

I feel foolish, and angry, and want other to know about this.
